What the clocking record may contain
- Assignment ID
- Clock-in time
- Clock-out time
- Confirmation method
- User confirmations
- Approved breaks
- Approved extensions
- General location confirmation where consent applies
- Audit timestamps
Clocking will not rely on location alone. Possible confirmation methods include a one-time PIN, a QR confirmation, confirmation from both parties, or location-supported confirmation where consent applies.
What is and is not recorded
Important platform actions are recorded and time-stamped.
ReadyHands does not record private audio or video.
The completion summary
After clock-out, both parties are intended to see the same summary showing:
- Start time
- Finish time
- Total recorded time
- Agreed hourly rate or fixed payment
- Calculated worker payment
- Approved expenses
- Completion status
Both parties can confirm completion, propose an agreed adjustment or report a problem. If both confirm, the payment is prepared for release.
Final payment, cancellation, refund and dispute terms will be confirmed before live payments are activated.
