The worker will receive £80.00 when the work is successfully completed and approved under the ReadyHands completion process.
Our commitment on the fee
No successfully completed work means ReadyHands does not keep its service fee, subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
Where a captured payment must be refunded, an actual non-recoverable third-party payment-processing cost may be deducted only where legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

Where a role needs a qualification, the status of that qualification is shown.
Payment connected to one assignment
The worker payment is connected to the specific assignment rather than a general balance.
Agreed duties and timing
The duties, location and timing you agreed are recorded in the Work Agreement.
Clock-in and clock-out record
The recorded start and finish times support the amount payable.
Evidence-based dispute process
If part of the agreed work was not completed correctly, you can raise an evidenced dispute.
Refund process where no payable work is completed
Where no payable work is completed under the ReadyHands Refund Policy, amounts are normally returned.

Final payment, cancellation, refund and dispute terms will be confirmed before live payments are activated.
