Fair dispute review
Completed work is payable unless a genuine, evidenced dispute is raised.

How a review is intended to work
- The person posting work must identify what part of the accepted agreement is disputed.
- A simple statement of unhappiness is not enough.
- Supporting evidence should be provided where reasonably available.
- The worker must be allowed to review and respond.
- ReadyHands reviews available platform records.
- The undisputed amount should be released where technically and legally possible.
- Any adjustment must be reasonable and proportionate.
- There is no automatic percentage deduction.

What each side should know
If you posted the work
A dispute does not automatically cancel the worker's payment. Explain which agreed part of the work was not completed correctly and provide relevant evidence.
If you did the work
If a genuine dispute is raised, you will be able to review the complaint and provide your own information before a decision is made.
Final payment, cancellation, refund and dispute terms will be confirmed before live payments are activated.
