Getting paid
Completed work is normally payable unless a genuine, evidenced dispute is raised.
A complaint does not automatically cancel your payment.
After confirmed completion, ReadyHands normally aims to initiate payment within a few hours. The time the payment reaches your bank may depend on the payment provider, payout method, bank checks and any active dispute.
The ReadyHands service fee is paid by the person posting work. It is not taken from the worker payment shown on the listing.
Final payment, cancellation, refund and dispute terms will be confirmed before live payments are activated.
