ReadyHands fees
The main fee principle
ReadyHands charges the person posting work a service fee. The fee helps provide matching, payment processing, Work Agreement records, clocking records, platform support and dispute review.
Simple everyday tasks carry a small fee. Standard assignments carry a moderate fee. Skilled or verified work may carry a higher fee because additional checks, matching and support may be required.
The worker sees the amount they are expected to receive before applying. ReadyHands does not secretly deduct its service fee from the advertised worker payment.

Coming soonHow fees will be recorded
Fee details are stored as a snapshot for each assignment. Changing the fee schedule later must never retroactively change the fee already shown and accepted for an existing assignment.
