Payments and protection

ReadyHands fees

ReadyHands does not necessarily charge the same fee for every assignment. The complete fee is always shown before payment, is paid by the person posting work, and is separate from the advertised worker payment.

The main fee principle

ReadyHands charges the person posting work a service fee. The fee helps provide matching, payment processing, Work Agreement records, clocking records, platform support and dispute review.

Simple everyday tasks carry a small fee. Standard assignments carry a moderate fee. Skilled or verified work may carry a higher fee because additional checks, matching and support may be required.

The worker sees the amount they are expected to receive before applying. ReadyHands does not secretly deduct its service fee from the advertised worker payment.

Priority Matching increases visibility but does not guarantee that a suitable person will be available.

  • Priority Matching is never added automatically and is never preselected.
  • It is shown as a separate optional charge, never inside the mandatory ReadyHands service fee.
  • The price does not change according to how urgent your request looks or how few people happen to be online.
